I started and completed my training at Mind mental health charity and Women’s Aid. I dealt with a variety of different mental and physical health issues such as anxiety, depression, eating behaviour, relationships and chronic illness to name just a few.
Additionally, in Women’s Aid I also dealt with other issues such as trauma, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. While working with these two organisations I was trained to work with adults and children.
I now operate my own private practice in the Hornchurch Essex area. Providing online counselling enables me to help and support clients in other areas of the UK.
