I completed my training at Women’s Aid Charity And Mind Mental Health Charity. While working for both charities, I worked with a variety
of different mental and physical health issues such as anxiety, depression, eating behaviour, self-esteem/confidence issues, relationship issues, chronic illness, trauma and physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.
While working for these organisations I was trained to work with adults and children. I now operate my own private practice in the Hornchurch Essex area. I provide face to face and online/telephone therapy which enables me to help and support clients in other areas of the UK.
Additional information
I hold an enhanced DBS Certificate.
I am a accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
You can also find my details on associated websites: BACP, Psychology Today, Counselling Directory, and National Centre For Eating Disorders.
When choosing the name for my private practice I wanted to make it personal to me. I choose “ an apple tree” because it has such significance to me and my family. The tree for me, symbolises life, love, hope, loss and change.
Life can be difficult at times and it is not always easy to manage our issues alone. The black apples on my logo represent daily life, and the red apples in the basket repre
