From an early age, I have always been passionate about helping people.
I sought counselling myself when I was experiencing difficulties.
Engaging in counselling helped me identify the root causes of my problems
and helped me make positive changes in my life.
As your therapist, my role is to work with you and help you explore and make sense of the issues you are experiencing in a safe non-judgemental space.
On-line counselling can include therapy by telephone, email, text and by virtual sessions and is an alternative to having to attend a therapy room.
I provide telephone and virtual sessions.
